Are you familiar with the term “Return to Vendor?”
It references a malfunctioning, damaged or defective product. Once identified, the faulty product needs to be removed from the retail store by returning it to its original vendor. Got to get it off the shelves! You have a piece of defective gear, you return it.
When you show a depraved, brutal indifference to Human Life, you in turn, set your shelf life.

This past week, while visiting Austin, Texas my friend John asked if I had ever witnessed the “emergence at Bracken Cave” or the “20 Million plus bats that make the cave home.”
“To the Bat Cave”…so to speak.
Just about 20 miles outside of San Antonio, Texas the Bracken Bat Cave and the Colony that lives there, is far and away, one of the coolest natural occurrences I have ever witnessed. I’ve hiked with Grizzly Bears in Alaska, chased down an apple-stealing-monkey in China, walked a dry river bed with the Wolves of Yellowstone, explored the habitat of the salt-water-Crocodiles and the Alligators of the Everglades in South Florida, studied the Elk at Rocky Mountain National Park; all very cool.
But there is something, as you will soon see, about the 20-35 million Mexican free-tailed-Bats of Bracken that literally took my breath away.
